Mail Boxes

The Board of Directors has chosen two options from which residents may choose when repairing or replacing mailboxes. The Board recommends using one of these standard mailbox options:

• A Standard Metal Mailbox can be purchased from Steel Creations for $280; it includes a mailbox, paper box, steel pole, installation, and numbers. You purchase the Plainview logo from the Association office for $5. Contact Shawn at 636-2100. Click to view a picture of an all steel mailbox.

The Board of Directors has approved D. J. Owens, 442-3865, to install our standard brick mailboxes for those who prefer brick. The Standard Brick mailbox price is $695 which includes removal of the old mailbox, bricks, standard black mailbox and black paper box, installation and house numbers.
