The Plainview Residents Association Board of Directors meet at the Tway House six times a Year

Meetings occur on the second Wednesday of January, March, May, July, September and November at 6:00p.m.

All residents are welcome to attend.

Our Residents' Association has a contract with Bramer Brothers Landscaping to maintain the public areas for which the association has responsibility.

This includes plating new flowers in the spring and preparing the areas for winter.

The Residents' Association will coordinate a community wide yard sale in late speing.

The association provides signs advertising the yard sale at entrances at Timberwood Circle and Hurstbourne Parkway, Cambridge Station Road and Shelbyville Road, Timberwood Circle and Whetstone, Forian and Moser, and Ledbury and Moser.

Participating residents attach balloons to their mailbox the day of the sale to indicate their participation to yard sale customers.
